Bro fooyc took these set of pictures and it's a mighty interesting conversion. If my eyes are correct this is an E23 BMW 7 series with a R34 rear end and a Mustang-look front end. At the rear, it has the R34 rear lights, boot lid, rear bumper and reverse lights! Up front it is made to mimic the Ford Mustang and even has the hood scoop on. Wowzers!

Yes, indeed there are some spicy threesome automotive porn going here. Hahaha

It even has the 730Li badge at the rear which I believe comes from the E65 7 series. Does that means it have a 3,000cc heart? I see a bits of an intercooler peeking up front. I wonder if it bears a 2JZ-GTE heart. Now that would be something awesome.

Oh, yea it's probably related to the E36 BMWline BNR34 GT-R. Hehehe :D

You could be driving something exotic and oozes sex appeal like an Italian, German or British thoroughbred sports coupe. BUT inside you knew better and eyes the CBA-R35 as the car that epitomes your sense of style and individuality.

You drive your Nissan GT-R to work but alas; had to park her in the basement car park away from the glorious view of the outside world. You can't park the car inside your office. No sir, you can't do that BUT what you can do is to equip yourself with an item that continues to ooze that appeal, that whiff of enthusiasm that you place so high into your automotive passion.

That my friends, is the Nissan R35 GT-R Attaché Case (Part No. KWA4003710). Produced by Nissan, this is the ultimate office accessory to link to your GT-R. It is made from full dry carbon on a single piece shell and frame. On the inside it is wrapped with the finest leather.

Measuring W450mm × H320mm × D100mm of pure carbon fibre and titanium, this piece of art sells for JPY500,000. Yes indeed it is pricey.

If you noticed, the handle is styled after the rear spoiler of the R35 GT-R. The case features a 3 digits combination lock to keep important documents safe and of course the final piece of de resistance is the G-TR emblem on the briefcase.

Injectors oh injectors.....

Pic 1: Injectors galore!!!

Injectors are what feeds the engine with fuel. I've had in many instances just sat there thinking to myself do I really need bigger cc injectors for my ER34 project. I have a general idea of what I want to do with the RB25DET but the injectors are something I can't really decide and put my finger on.

The stock ER34 injectors have a volumetric flow rate of 370cc/min. That would means that it will flow fuel at 35.2lb/hour.

Assuming if one targets 420bhp out of the engine, looking at 0.5 Brake Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC) and a maximum injector duty cycle of 98%, one would require injectors that flows 35.7lb/hr or 375cc/min.

That means that the stock injectors will only support 420bhp up to a safe level. Running 100% injector duty cycle is of course possible but will only support minute bhp gain, thus it would not be worth the risk.

Ideally I would love to have slightly bigger injectors to be on the safe side, perhaps a minimum of 440cc injectors whereby I can run at 90% injector duty cycle and it'll be extremely safe. OR I can go for even higher cc just in-case I struck Toto/4D and can splurge on the car. LOL :)

Btw, SARD only makes 650cc and 800cc top feed high impedance injectors for the ER34. Just in-case, you know .... you got itchy hands like me.

Chevrolet Cobalt GT-R?

I am utterly confused which is the CBA-R35 Nissan GT-R and which is the Chevrolet Cobalt. Damn, my eyes must be playing tricks on me. I must really try to get more sleep tonite.

It's afterall gonna be a blue-ish Monday tomorrow. Yawn....nitez all.

I took these set of pics quite a while back and kinda forgotten about it until I found it in my folders. This is a Proton Waja undergoing transformation to become uhm.... a R34 Skyline look-a-like.

Of course by now it's already done. Hope to bump into it on the road someday. :)

The transformation is pretty elaborate. It spots a BNR34-like front bumper, headlights made to mimic the R34 items, copy version of the BNR34 rear spoiler and R34 sedan style rear lights. I wonder if the intercooler is a real working version......

This is a short film featuring the Nissan GT-R. The plot is this:-

A family gathers to read their father's will, but his final wish forces them into a high speed race. Will a Nissan GT-R give the estranged daughter Emily the edge she needs to earn her inheritance?

This is well worth the view, I think it's an excellent film with superb cinematography especially the driving/race portion on country roads.

Nissan GTR Evolution film.

Check out this Nissan GTR Evolution film. The film was used at the Geneva Motor Show as a central piece of the GTR stand celebrating the GTR legacy. Awesome stuffs!!
